IdentityForce Complaints

IdentityForce clearly provides the protection you need to keep your identity safe. But I know you are more interested in the company’s flaws. So here’s where the company comes up short.

You can get more features for less – While IdentityForce offers some of the most comprehensive identity theft protection features around, you can still get more protection features from its competition for less. They have only two plans meaning you only have two price options to choose from. Customers say compared to what other companies offer, you can get IdentityForce’s features plus additional services at a cheaper price.

Billing Issues – We found numerous reports of customers being billed despite canceling their trials. Others were unable to get their refund despite IdentityForce claiming they did honor the cancelation request and no money was deducted from the customer’s account. Perhaps there’s more to the story, but most negative reviews about the company point to unsolved billing problems.

Is IdentityForce Worth It?

IdentityForce is a legit company and does meet some top industry standards regarding identity protection. They also offer the two-factor authentication feature and have an  A+ Better Business Bureau rating. So you’ll definitely get your money’s worth. But you may run into billing issues, and chances are you may get additional features if you shop around for better deals by its competition.
