But the thought of being taken for a ride scares the bejesus out of me. BangGood found at www.BangGood.com is an online store that sells all sorts of commercial products, mostly electronic toys, gadgets, clothing, home appliances and accessories. Looks like they are headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Cyprus, Europe and New York, USA. The company has been around since 2006, although we don't know who is behind the online store at this time.
BangGood Prices
Smartphones and tablets go for $150 on average, and their accessories barely cross the $10 mark. Laptops and office supplies start at $50. Same goes for car headlights, LED lamps and such like accessories. Cameras, electronics, TVs and the like go for anywhere between $100 and $500.
They are also huge on RC robot toys, quadcopters and other hobby electronics with the prices for these averaging $50 a piece.
Home improvement items including kitchenware, bathroom fixtures and gardening supplies can reach lows of $10 and highs of $300 depending on what you’re looking for.
BangGood’s women’s clothes go for anywhere between $5 and $100, while women’s accessories and jewelry sell for anywhere between $1 and $50. But you may find a few items below the $1 mark and also above $100. The bestselling women’s shoes are priced at $20, give or take.
Men’s clothes also sell for anywhere between $5 and $100, but you can find a few items for $200 or more. Rarely will you find men’s shoes going for less than $10 or more than $100. Men’s accessories like ties, socks, fedoras and watches generally range from $1 to $20. You can also find men’s jewelry for as little as $5. Children’s clothing also fall within the same price range.
BangGood Refund & Return Policy
You are probably wondering what would happen if something goes wrong after you’ve already spent your money. They say if your product arrives damaged or is not working, you have 30 days after shipment or 7 days after receiving it to return it. But you’ll have to cover the cost of return shipping.
They also say you’ll have to take photos or videos of the defective item, the front and back of the packaging box, and a detailed description of the problem. Same goes if you got the wrong item, and would want a refund.
If you’re returning an item for exchange, you have 14 days to do so. But you’ll have to pay for shipping both ways, unless the fault was theirs.
To do any of these, all you have to do is contact customer service as soon as possible and explain your case. Then, you can start sending them any necessary documents that prove your case via email.

Air parcel register costs $4.12 and takes 7-12 business days, while EMS costs $8.84 and takes 7-15 days to arrive.

The customer service of any online store is probably your last line of defence against scams. So you may want to be extra keen with this information before you order anything on this website.
That being said, you can contact support via data@BangGood.com. It seems they don’t have a customer care phone number. But their official address does include a number that reads +00852-81929309. Bottom line is, it seems the only way to contact customer service directly is via either email or a web form. You’ll be asked to log in or create an account with your email and a password.

You get what you pay for
It seems what you see on the website is nothing close to the actual item. We found tons of complaints from customers about BangGood sending phony gadgets and cheap knock-offs especially electronic gadgets and mobile accessories. The items barely matched the description. Furthermore, the photos on the website look nothing close to the real thing in most cases.
Awful customer service
It seems this company’s customer service is the worst yet. They feel free to ignore cases involving defects, refunds, shipping problems and refund requests. So, buyer beware. If anything goes wrong with your order, chances are high that the customer service of this company will do close to nothing to help you out.
Slow shipping
Shopping on the website is super easy; it’s the waiting for the product to arrive that kills you. Apparently some orders can take months to arrive, according to some shoppers. To make matters worse, there’s no guarantee when you’ll get your item, given that several customers are yet to get their items.
As mentioned earlier their customer service is shaky so you can’t really count on them having your back entirely. So it looks like BangGood won’t stutter while taking your money, but if your order gets lost or something, you’re on your own my friend.

I wouldn’t blame you if you decided against BangGood. If you just hate slow shipping, poor customer service and wouldn’t want to compromise on quality, it’s good to know you have options. Is BangGood Safe?
BangGood doesn’t feel safe to me given the complaints on their product quality and shipping issues. You can’t even reach out to customer service via phone, and the alternative seems to be all but reliable. But if you’re okay with buying cheap stuff that may probably be dead on arrival, then definitely knock yourself out. But you’ll have to cross your fingers your order doesn’t get lost; because it happens with BangGood.
In a nutshell, let me save you some time and money. While shopping online it’s always good to shop where you know you can get discounted goods without worrying about quality. I would recommend Amazon.com which is actually faster with the FREE Guaranteed 1-2 Day Amazon Prime Delivery and their customer service doesn’t suck.

NO REFUNDS in fact, avoiding after Banggood promise
I had a promised REFUND from BANGGOOD and they kept banging me not very good, by asking for my PayPal account, and then claimed my PayPal account is not in proper order for refunding me, so I had 2 PayPal agents report that Banged needs to contact PayPal as my account is in good order and this can be resolved between PayPal and Banggood – so after 2 month of this, Banggood said they can refund my BGpay account with them, and they said it will be there in 72 hours, but 2 weeks after when I reminded them the promos, they said they can not refund my BGpay account and that I should give them another PayPal account – so I answered there is no reason to restart the same loop of existing clients in hope we give up on the refund promised.
In fact, my loss of a phone which does not function as a phone, is more then 3 times what they offered as refund, so if I give up, is on placing any more orders with Banggood, and hope it helps you know the risk of dishonesty when an item is not working after you get it from this online retailer.

Never buy from banggood. They lie about their costumer service. I’ve been trying for almost 3 months to get a refund on damaged products and a missing item. Stay away from banggood. Or what I like to call them. Scamgood

Said item did not pass custom shipping. Offered Refund but...
They said the item shipment was stopped “Fail of customs to pass shipping security, which sound like lame, planned excuse so they don’t have to deliver. I don’t even feel like pursuing reshipment or refund, lest I have to give any more financial info to them. Plan to call it a loss and move on.
Fooled by pretty pictures
Kicking myself for having ordered before reading any reviews. There’s very little information on the mobile site even after you order. I saw that the order processed and then shipped, but that was maybe 2 weeks ago. Then I pulled up the tracking number and it’s invalid…I know USPS is strapped because of covid and our dumpster fire of a potus, but I’m pretty sure this isn’t on them. I just threw some money into the void :/

Total Rip Off
You are Fool if in any way you deal with this company. From my personal experience after this company stole my money they would not answer my email, and had no legal phone number. I never received my ordered item and could not reach anyone. If you deal with them you deserve what you get. Most likely nothing.

Atrocious experience
Don’t ever use this scam shopping app I bought a very poor quality cardigan gauze like and different colour from that was posted in the seller’s pictures. Moreover, they posted a fake return policy where they mentioned that you can return any item in 30 days for no reason and you will pay for the return charges. In reality I’ve wasted almost 30 days in sending useless emails to their so called customer care and even vip one they said they I’ll have to pay customs and other not mentioned before charges that will exceed the item’s cost. Forgot to mention that they refused to send their courier representative to collect the item and requested that i send it on my own which will cost me 4 times the item cost. More importantly I used to be a regular important customer this is their way of dealing with me.
Scam scam scam save your money and use reputable other shopping apps like Amazon and Shein whom refunded my money on at once on the same day and even kept the returned item.

No respect for warranty
Bad customer service, no respect for warranty, promises that do not keep and just choose. I bought a 43 ‘TV at this store, the TV arrived defective on the screen, I reported the defect on the same day following the DOA / warranty instructions from the store, my nightmare started… First I was told to see how much the repair cost / replacement of the screen in Portugal, thinking that they would support the repair in full, when I send the quote that was given to me by a TV repair shop, they only wanted to pay half the repair and I had to pay the rest. As I refused, and demanded the return of the TV and sent a new one or refund of the amount paid, an eternal postponement of the solution for the case began, first ask for 48h, then another 72h, then another 3 days, now that time has passed respond to the emails I send, I am now without any solution from Banggood and with a TV that arrived with a defect. As you can see this store does not give any guarantee whatsoever, and now that 25 days have passed since I reported the situation to the store’s customer support, I have a TV with a defect that prevents its use because the defect is on the screen and the repair it costs almost the value of a new one. Do not buy products in this store if you have problems and you have to bear the costs.

Purchased a poco x3 off them and was constantly lied on about the shipping days. BG keeps pushing the shipping date while blatantly lying to its customers. To give you an example, I contacted their support on 29th of September and asked for when is my phone going to ship, they told me on the 30th, keep in mind I had already been waiting around 2 weeks for it to ship. Turns out, 30th comes, they tell me I have to wait 7-10 days more and to compensate me for my anger they’re going to give me a measly 500 points (which is worth next to nothing). I am still waiting for it to ship. Choose another retailer guys, many many people have already received theirs from other popular Chinese sites. Worst shopping experience in my whole life!

BECARFUL, BANGGOOD are big cheaters, thay sale plastic show as “real cow leather”, they will force you to send the forgery back but they will not return the shipping payment.

Banggood Liars and theives
Purchase X35 drone from Banggood Australia site. Item is grossly misrepresented and inaccurately portrayed in the listing. 40 millon pixel camera is only 12Mp and is out of focus and blurry at all distances. Optical flow positioning is a blatant lie as there are no optical sensors on it other than the camera. Stable flight and hover, it does not hover it does not maintain a heading, it drifts it drops it rises and wanders, even if you try to fly it straight it will wander of up, down, left or right who knows where it will go next. Battery life is almost what is claimed but after only 3 flights the battery capacity is already diminishing. I contacted their customer service after the first flight and was told to supply more details, so I took video of the unstable flight, I sent images captured with the useless onboard camera, I wrote a very detailed description of the problems and inconsistancies with the advertised product and after all that was only offered a partial refund and only that if I paid the shipping costs back to china and refund would only be given once they received it. There is no tracking of international packages in china, it is not possible to get proof of delivery of a package in china, China customs service will not allow camra equipment or radio transmitters into the country even as a return, most international carriers will not take lithium batteries. I found a few that would but the cost is in the hundreds of dollars and they will not guarantee proof of delivery. Banggood are aware of these things that is why they demand it be returned to them at my expense, so that they will never receive it, even if they do I cant prove they received it. Under Australian consumer law that applies to any product sold in australia I am entitled to a full refund if the item supoplied does not match the iten described. Where the cost of returning an item is excessive it is up to the seller to arrange collection of the item. Banggood are aware of this and continue to only offer a partial refund upon return of the item to them in China.

A crooked company
Deceptive communications, lengthily shipping times and when the production couldn’t do the described functions(straight out if the box) the customer service representative argued over the return and were only willing to give a part refund. When we finally had them agree on a full refund they refused to accept the posted item and it returned to us around 6 months later damaged beyond repair. In A nutshell I would describe them as liars and I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from them.

I ordered more items in more purchases from this scammers and they never arrived.
They refunded money, but after more times repeated requests and two weeks after.
Reason? There is! I ordered expensive and highly demanded products which price was raised by other sellers and this scammers simply did not send me my purchase. It is simple: I DID NOT BOUGHT ON THEIR SITE JUST BECAUSE I LIKE THEM. I PAYED THE LOWEST PRICE THAT SUITS ME. Instead to order and send it, they just postponed order for more than two months. I was waiting because I wasn’t in rush and I also wanted to test them. THEY FAILED!
