Apparently EricDress is famous for one thing; cheap clothes. But are they, really? Let’s take a look at a few examples.
Women’s clothing average $30, but most wedding dresses, prom and dinner gowns going for a little more than $100. Women’s accessories including sunglasses, belts, scarves, bags, watches, make-up and such are priced anywhere between $1 and $500 depending on . You can find women’s shoes for as little as $10 or less.
The most popular men’s clothing on EricDress including hoodies, jackets, t-shirts, pants and overcoats, sell for not less than $10 and not more than $200. Men’s shoes are priced at anywhere between $10 and $100 but you won’t find shoes under $10 unless they are on offer. You can find all sorts of men’s accessories for as little as $10.
Women’s jewelry sell for anywhere between $10 and $500, with the most popular luxury items averaging $50. Men’s jewelry on the other hand average $30, but you can get hand-made and custom-made pieces for as little as $10.
EricDress Refund & Return Policy
Before you think about shopping at EricDress.com you might want to be familiar with their refund and returns policy, just in case something goes wrong. EricDress provides a 30-day time frame for returns, as long as the item returned is unused or unworn with original tags and packaging intact. But you have 7 calendar days to return wedding and special occasion clothing.
You cannot return any item under the swimwear and lingerie category for obvious reasons. (eew! lol) Other items you cannot return include clearance products, discounted items and custom-made orders. You can read more on that here.
What Types of Payments Does EricDress Accept?
You can pay at EricDress.com using the following options:

EricDress Shipping
EricDress ships worldwide, and the buyer pays for shipping, including returns. Once you place your order, they will send you a tracking number a day or two after your order has shipped. You can then follow up on your order through the website. They say local orders can take up to two weeks to arrive. Otherwise, if you order from any other region, you might have to wait for up to 30 days including processing time, damn! Well, you can avoid all that and shop on Amazon.com and still get FREE guaranteed two-day Amazon Prime delivery.
They don't say of they offer expedited shipping. But you can use the following shipping services, among ‘’other international couriers’’.

How much you will pay for shipping depends on the shipping service you chose, the item itself and where it is going.
EricDress Customer Service
You can also get a hold of them by phone on +86-29-68508355. Lines are open Monday through Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (day shift) and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (GMT +08:00), (night shift) Monday to Friday. They say they typically respond within 24 hours if you choose to contact them by email.
EricDress Coupons or Promo Codes
EricDress coupons, promo codes and discounts pop up from time to time while shopping. For example, you’ll receive a 10% discount once you sign up with your email.
But an even better a way to get discounts is to use Swagbucks.com which allows you to earn free cash or gift cards for things that you do online. You can use that cash or gift cards to shop at EricDress. Or you can shop at Amazon.com for similar clothing items on the cheap as well.
EricDress Complaints
If you’re reading this review to know whether you can safely shop on EricDress, this is the part where you’re probably most interested in, or afraid of, lol. So let's dive in to it.
You Get What You Pay For!
The clothes might be cheaper than what you’d get in a physical store, but just know that you get what you pay for. Customers have complained of getting stuff that fades after the first wash. Almost every other item looks and feels cheap, nothing close to the photos you saw on the website.
Orders get lost all the time
Another damn issue with EricDress seems to be misplaced and lost orders. Some people have had to wait for months for their orders. So, if you are ordering your wedding gown or something special for your lady, you might end up looking like the idiot who shopped online willy nilly. Calling customer service won’t help, they’ll refer you to the courier service you chose. Actually, going by what users say, if you don’t get your order on or after the scheduled delivery date, just forget about it.
Terrible customer service
I’m sure you’re already getting the feeling that calling customer service when shit hits the fan doesn’t work. Well, you’re damn right. They’ll spin you around with request for photo evidence and they’ll look for just about any reason to dismiss your claim.
Negative BBB Rating
There’s no quitting with these guys. If you are a fan of the Better Business Bureau, well they are not listed with the BBB.
EricDress Alternatives
With not so much to write home about EricDress, it’s only logical that you would want to try out other stores. You can always shop at Amazon.com for quality stuff at affordable prices from verified sellers and also get FREE guaranteed Amazon Prime delivery. Is EricDress Safe?
In my opinion, they can do better and I would probably avoid EricDress.com. They do almost nothing to address the thousands of negative complaints about them, especially on social media. Being an online store that specializes in special occasion clothing, customer service is everything. In my opinion, they can do better. Some customers say you won’t get a full refund since you cover the cost of returning the item, if you’re lucky enough to get your order in the first place. To me, that’s a deal breaker.
That said there are other trusted and proven options like Amazon.com where you have free 1-2 day shipping. So you can avoid some of the long ass complaints of EricDress. And if you really want to get a discount or get paid for shopping you may want to consider using JoinHoney.com or joining Swagbucks.com.

If you want to give your money to ERICDRESS then by from them you will never receive anything not even an email or a phone call nothing nothing nothing they just gonna take your money and adios amigo they got me with 205.00 and didn’t get my order and got one email one time that said processing and shipping time between 5-7 days all it’s been 2 months

I purchased almost $200.00 worth of items from them via PayPal, based on their size guide, and everything was a size too small. I needed to exchange it all for one size up, so I returned the items according to their instructions. After nearly nine months back & forth, without so much as a penny’s worth of refunds or clothing, they continued claiming they never received proper payment! I had to attach a copy of my PayPal account along with a threat to report this shite to PayPal and possibly having them lose all ability to accept payment through them that they FINALLY refunded my money. What a clusterfuck of customer non-service my too long experience was with these shysters!

Dress way to small
I purchased a dress suppose to be a xxl. The dress was the size of a child’s dress. I can’t wear the dress and paid $46.00 for it. It took almost 2 months to get.pay pal denied the claim saying eric dress says it was the right size. I ordered a phone charger before Xmas as a present. I never got it. $24.98. Those chinese people beating us out our money. They need to be stopped. Send what we order. Let the clothes fit. A 24 fit lit a 9- 10. Beware ordering g from eric dress. Pay pal is not right either.I offered to return the dress pay pal said take it to a tailor. Eric Dress said they will give me $7.00 for it. They know these people not producing but they allow it cause they getting g their little cut. Beware
I want my money back I made a order back in 30 February and paid 35 extra for expedited service still haven’t received my merchandise pissed to pisstivity
You need to visit their site and talk to their customer service. This site is a review site about various companies. But feel free to share your experience with them here so others can read.
I would never order from the company. Its been 4 months and I’m still waiting for my order. I ask for a refund never got a response. This company should be shut down.

SCAM
I am leaving no rating. I purchase a 22″ reborn doll with clothes and a pacifier for my 9 year old granddaughter for her birthday. She loves the reborn babies but they can be pricey. I spent $98.99 on all items. What arrived was a 10″ hideous rubber doll I could have purchased at Dollar General for $5, and the clothes and pacifier were clearly for a 22″ doll. I put in a complaint to PayPal that I wanted a refund and I would send items back. To no avail was I getting a refund. All I got was to keep what they sent and a $30 credit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I should have checked the reviews prior to purchase. Needless to say my granddaughters reborn baby totaled me over $200 in the end.
