It seems they don’t sell women’s accessories including hats, glasses, scarves and the like, but you can always find these on Ebay.com or Amazon.com. It’s tough getting refunds
Customers who ordered from RoseWe say they are happy to take your money but it’s a total nightmare to get a refund. If you don’t like what they sent, chances of getting your money back is close to zero. Customers have had to wait for months while others just threw in the towel.
Don’t go on a spending spree
It seems they rush through orders to meet the 3-5 day delivery time they promise. If you order in bulk, chances are they won’t double-check everything and you’ll end up with half-baked items. You’ll then have to ship them back to China out of your own pocket.
Getting what you saw is a gamble
Chances of getting crinkled and crunched clothes especially dresses is quite high, going by the numerous complaints we came across. Apparently the clothes you see on the website don't always match up with what you receive at home. When trying to get at them about this, some customer service reps might talk smack or hang up to fend you off.
No Owner or BBB profile
Sad news for ya’ll friends and lovers of the Better Business Bureau. At the time of writing this review, RoseWe doesn’t have a listing with the BBB. We also don’t know who owns the damn thing. All we know is that they are located in China.
Awful Customer Service
To sum things up, nearly everyone who has ended up stifled or pissed at RoseWe reached out to customer service only to regret why they bought from the website in the first place. Remember, it’s a Chinese company with no shops or contacts here locally. The LiveChat is usually never online or chances of getting someone to address your grievances is low.

Given all the complaints we listed above, its only reasonable that you might want to try out other stores. But to be fair, there’s always two sides to every story. But then again, with no BBB profile, we’ll never get their side of the story.
That said there are other trusted options like Ebay.com or Amazon.com where you have FREE Guaranteed 1-2 day shipping. So you can avoid some of the long ass shipping complaints of RoseWe. I agree with Jill – impossible to get a refund. The quality of the dress that i received was so bad that I threw it away after numerous attempts to get a refund! I gave a star rating of 1 because that was the lowest rating. If is could give them a rating of zero, they still would not make it!

Rosewe steals money
Romwe, Rosewe, Any clothing store in Shanghai! They keep changing Company names and robbing people. They stole $260.00 from ebonyrare. Kept promising me my order was on the way and asked me to be patient. Took the money straight from my account. My products never arrived! I asked for a refund or give the products ordered. Still recieved neither!This Company think they got away with stealing my money but what goes around comes around. I won’t stop giving bad reviews until I get my refund! You will lose potential customers and more than the $260 you stole from me. Scammers!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would recommend contacting your credit card company and having the charges reversed. Chargebacks aren’t good for companies. So it’s a good way to make them pay for being unresponsive.
RIP OFF
I ordered to 10 dresses to have options because I had a church banquet to attend. The dresses were tried on and I only kept one (note: the banquet was a least a few weeks away from the time that the dresses were ordered). After the dresses were returned Rosewe replied they were only able to apply a partial refund of $274.44 out of a $410.96 purchase because of the condition of the dresses
I questioned how me trying on dresses warranted them in a used/good condition since they were not worn out of my home. No reply. This is definitely NOT good business and I will never order from Rosewe again, nor refer any of my family or friends. Every chance I get I will express my dissatisfaction with this company and how they handle business.

I purchased a black jumpsuit and a blue dress to wear to a wedding out of town to the tune of $67.00 on 3-17-2020. I received a package from the today and it was nothing but a bottle of Zinc. Trying to get in-touch with them is a nightmare!!!

OUTRAGEOUS SCAM!!!
Ordered 4 blouses from ROSEWE. Took 4 WEEKS from China. So excited. Opened and was SO SHOCKED AT THE JOKES they call clothing. $139.00 for the most INFERIOR material. Some were sheer see through junk. They were NOTHING like the pictures!!! Nothing. SHAME on the scammers. Shame on me for believing. They are laughing at the IDIOTS sending them money, hundreds of dollars at a time. We cannot do anything except voice our disdain. Unethical business practices. Sad. Thieves. Absolutely. Never again.

Photoshopped
All the pictures in their website are Photo-shopped. If you observe keenly or on a bigger screen, you will notice that the dresses are attached to fit the model’s body (through Photoshop) and that the models are not wearing them, except for few dresses. I believe that the sizes that they mention adhere to the Chinese size standards, not international. No wonder when you order the size, you will never know what you are ordering. It is a complete waste of money and time to shop with such online companies.

It is a disgrace your company want response. This my third attempt to get a ticket to return 4 items
