Shoebacca found online at www.Shoebacca.com is an online shoe store that primarily sells women’s, men’s and kids’ footwear. They also sell clothing including dresses, tops, trousers, shirts, jumpsuits, swimwear, jewelry and accessories. The family-run company was founded by Marc and Robert Schlachter in 2002 with headquarters at 2205 E Pioneer Dr, Irving, TX 75061-8805.

Soebacca claims they have over 100 brands in stock, including Adidas, North Face, Reebok, Nike, Converse, Timberland and more. With that in mind, let’s take a look at a few examples.

Men’s shoes go for anywhere between $30 and $300, the most expensive being formal wear and designer brands. Women’s shoes can go for as little as $20 and as much as $400.

Women's clothing including dresses, tops and coats average $50 a piece, with prices going as low as $15 and as high as $500.

Men’s clothing also fall within the same price range. It seems they don’t sell jewelry, but you can find great deals on these on Amazon.com

Kids’ clothing and accessories go for anywhere between $10 and $300.

Shoebacca Refund & Return Policy

Let's face it, crap happens, and and that’s totally normal with online shopping. But don’t be caught off-guard; here’s what you need to know about Shobacca’s refund and return policy.

At the time of this review, Shoebacca allows a 365 day window for returns and refunds. They claim you’ll be refunded full price if your item exceeded $50. Anything lower than $50 and return shipping is on you. Apparently they don’t process refunds any later than one year.

To qualify for a returns refund, the item must be unworn, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. To file a return request, they say you have the option to log into your account, go to “My Account”, and find the order you wish to return.

Again, if you return an item within 90 days, they’ll issue the return to the form of payment you used to order the item. If you return something after 90 days they’ll send you a check, within 3-4 weeks. If you’re an exchanges kind of person there’s no room for you at Shoebacca. But you don’t have to worry about that on Amazon.com.

Shoebacca Shipping

They claim that standard shipping is free within the United States and takes 5-7 business days. Ground shipping costs $8 and takes 3-5 business days. 2ND Day delivery costs $12.

At the time of writing, they say they don’t ship outside the United States. But you can always order stuff on Amazon.com and ship internationally.

Apparently when you pay for faster shipping on Shoebacca there’s no guarantee you’ll get your item as advertised. Complaints on their Better Business Bureau page suggest they don’t honor their promise of faster shipping if you pay extra. Tough luck if you needed that prom dress in a day or two. Fortunately you can rely on Amazon’s FREE Guaranteed 1-2 Day delivery.

 

Good luck With Your Refund…

Shoebacca makes it harder than reasonable to get a refund, especially if you don’t claim a refund within 90 days. Based on what customers are saying, it seems you’ll have to wait for weeks to get your money back. As mentioned earlier, if you don’t claim your money within 90 days the only way you can get around that is through a mailed check as per their refund policy. Maybe that’s where the problem comes in. But the bottom line is you may want to call them up immediately if you need a refund.

Shoebacca Alternatives
