Electronics, computer parts, hobby toys and their accessories range from $5-$200, while smartphones, video games and car accessories sell for anywhere between $10 and $300. Home appliances, gardening and decor products fall within the $10 and $500 range. Men’s and women’s clothing start at $1 going all the way to $500, the same goes for shoes and accessories.

TMart Shipping

TMart claims they ship worldwide for free, unless you opt for faster shipping where you’ll pay a premium depending on the courier service you choose. They use FeDex, DHL and UPS shipping methods. Apparently they have warehouses in the US, China and the UK.

For instance, free shipping from their US warehouse to anywhere in the US takes 2-7 business days depending on location. If you opt for faster shipping, they use the courier service’s rates to tell you how much shipping will cost. TMart Refund & Return Policy

TMart claims you have 90 days to return an item if you’re not happy with the order for a full refund. For US customers, you can request for a return shipping label from customer service. Other customers may get a 30% reimbursement of the price of the item, to a maximum of $40 USD. But they only replace broken, defective and dead on arrival products returned within 90 days.

Lingerie items, disposable and clearance sale items that have been used do not qualify for a return or exchange, unless it’s a quality issue. But you’ll have 45 days from the shipment date to let them know.

TMart Customer Service

It looks like there are two ways to contact customer service. You can either file a ticket or find them on live chat between 23:00 and 14:00 UTC. They claim they respond to tickets within 24 hours, except for the major holidays.

Customers say it doesn’t make sense returning the item as the cost of shipping the item back can be more than the item’s price. Unreliable customer service

Don’t order on TMart thinking you’ll get your problem fixed if something goes wrong. To begin with, they don’t have a phone number you can call to get instant feedback. Their live chat is always offline even during office hours. Some say they reached out via email by filing a ticket, but the response was unhelpful. Others say the English of the reps is nearly impossible to understand.

Negative BBB

I know some of ya’ll swear by the Better Business Bureau ratings . Well TMart has an F rating at the time of this review. Ouch!
