How Does Twinkle Deals Work?
As most online retailers, all you have to do is create a shopper account, find what you are looking for and buy. You can pay via PayPal, or basically any major credit card provider. You will have to request for a tracking number 2-3 days after ordering depending on what company is shipping your order.
Once you receive your item, you can log in back to your shopping account and mark the item as ‘’received’’ if you are satisfied. If there’s a problem with your order you’ll have to contact customer care for help. You can read more on that here.

I think I’ve been really luck in my shopping adventures to not get scammed or duped with my purchases from sites like this. But I’ve seen so many complaints about that it’s scary. I ordered a ton of “samples” from Wish, which I think is similar but not exactly, and everything that came was completely different than what was advertised. Some of these overseas retailers can be tricky, too. I definitely prefer shopping on Amazon with their satisfaction guarantee.

I really appreciate your insight on twinkle. I may even have considered purchasing from it but, the part where you stated that sometimes you don’t get what’s shown on the images has really thrown me off.
I’m not sure how great the customer service would be in a situation like this, so that’s why I’ll stick with the reliability that Amazon provides.

I didn’t know much about Twinkledeals, but upon looking at their website, it looks that they just might be a dropshipper of Aliexpress products, ( I recognized some of the pieces). That could also explain about the lack of customer service and the extremely long shipping times. I also agree its necessary to do your homework before adding a new online retailer to my “safe” list. Thanks for this review. I hadn’t heard of Twinkle Deals before and I am glad I know about them now.
I always look for a good deal on the net, so knowing what to look out for is always handy.
From what your review says, I don’t think I will be ordering from them as I don’t like delays in delivery and sounds like tracking can be a headache with them!
I’d rather go with the safety net of Amazon & Ebay!
