Vova found online at www.Vova.com is an online fashion store that sells women’s, men’s and kids’ clothing including dresses, tops, trousers, shirts, jumpsuits, swimwear, jewelry and other fashion apparel. They also sell electronics and home improvement items. We couldn't find information about the owner nor when they opened shop. But they say they are located in Hong Kong, China, specifically Rm 901 Yip Fung Building 2-12 D'aguilar St Central HK. They also have an Android and iOS Vova app that functions more or less the same as the site.
Vova Prices
There are all sorts of offers, coupons and discounts going on at Vova, but let’s look at a few examples.
Women's clothing including dresses, tops and coats average $30 a piece, with prices going as low as $5 and as high as $50. Same goes for kimonos, jumpsuits and outer wear in general. Women’s jewelry including necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc sell for anywhere between $3 and $10, but they barely surpass the $10 mark.
Men’s clothing including shirts, trousers and coats average $25 a piece with some going for as low as $5. Fashion accessories on the site average $15 while kids’ clothing and accessories cap at $50. Electronics and home improvement items are discounted, mostly within the 10 to 20% bracket but you’ll hardly find anything priced surprisingly cheaper or more expensive than what you would expect elsewhere.
Vova Refund & Return Policy
Let's face it, crap happens, and when it does you would better be in the know. Here’s what you need to know in case you don’t like what they sent.
At the time of this review, Vova allows a 30 day window for returns and refunds. You just have to make sure they can restock what you’re returning to the next customer, meaning the item has to be unworn, unwashed with all labels intact.
They don’t specify what doesn’t qualify for exchanges or refunds, but they say they indicate each item’s refund or returns situation before you pay for it.
If you have a problem with your order, all you have to do is go to your “my orders” page and request for a refund. You’ll then get your money within 14 days. You can read all about that here.
Vova Shipping
Vova ships for free worldwide. All they need from you is your most convenient shipping address. They say it takes 3-5 days to ship, and they’ll tell you how long shipping is likely to take before you check out.

There are a couple of ways you can reach out to Vova if you need something sorted out. You can email them on service@vova.com or contact them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages using the handle @vovashop. They don’t have an onsite live chat though.
Vova Coupons or Promo Codes
You can find Vova promo codes and coupons on their website and other sources online. But if you are all about saving money, check out sites like JoinHoney.com, Ebay.com, Ebates.com & Amazon.com for some of the best deals online. What You See Is Not What You Get
Here's a heads up. Those photos you see on the website don’t represent the actual thing. Who owns this thing anyway?
Compared to most online stores we have reviewed before, Vova doesn’t do a great job of making themselves sound legit. We neither know who the owner is, nor when they started. All we know is that they have offices in Hong Kong.

At the time of writing this review, Vova doesn’t have an entry with the Better Business Bureau, probably confirming the complaints we’ve just mentioned.

Obviously half scam
It seems they allow anyone sell anything and just care about their fee from the sale. If you don’t agree than please explain how they can sell 2TB flashdisk for $5 USD – it’s an obvious scam and Vova just does not give a sh*t.

Do not shop on Vova! They are Theives!
I had placed an order and the payment went through but then I received an email instantly after stating 1 item was cancelled due to being out of stock and that I will receive a refund shortly. The cancelled item was 2.99 and I received 1.49 back. I e-mailed them on this and was told due to their policy they issue a refund on the value of the coupon that was used. I said No! That makes no sense. I want my full refund. They replied with an apology and to make things right they wanted to give me a coupon on my next purchase. What???!!?!?! It was obvious that their email is automated. No real customer service. I do mot recommend shopping here. They are theives!

I have purchased many items from VOVA and never had any problem.Recently I placed an order and the next day was told an item was sold out. Had my refund back the same day. As for clothing and that sort of thing I would never purchase from VOVA. My understanding is that VOVA has 30.000 products but they are only the order taker and you will never receive the total order at one time. Due expect 30 – 45 days for delivery but at least you you have the opportunity to track your purchase. I always use PayPal.
Yes I ordered from..vova and I have a tracking number for my order. But who will deliver my package. Ups don’t have it. FedEx Don’t have it USPS don’t have it who delivery my package so please tell me who will deliver it to me and it says delivered but I don’t have it

a total nightmare
an awful experience more than 70% of orders not received and not credited and can not reach anyone, a total ripoff!I strongly advise you to be careful as they will withdraw your account for goods you will never receive and good luck trying to get the money they stole from you back!

Fraudsters
I wish I could give it negative….they dont update shipping details…. they dont have any proper customer support or any kind of communication… they dont even deliver the products within the initially provided date of delivery…. the only solution for any delay is ” request for refund”, who the bloody wants a f@#king refund after waiting for 2 months when I have ordered for the product. Are they for real. F@#KING A#@HOLES, thats what the app operators and the sellers are.

Clearly this was a horrible experience. It really shocks me they’re still in business with so many complaints like this. Although I do see they try to flood review sites with fake reviews. But we block that here. Hopefully people read the real reviews like this one and avoid being scammed like this.
Viva Review: Is it A....
Ok so i have to admit i was totally taken in by the prices & free shipping on VOVA. I will take the blame for the clothing not fitting. I didnt realize i would need to order 1.5 to 2 times larger than my normal size to get the correct size. However, the seeds i ordered have never germinated & i have tried every way possible to grow them. As for the jewelry, every single item without fail has lost stones. Moreover, i carefully checked to make sure every item was not plate or filled but stamper 925 silver. Not ONE SINGLE item is real silver. Some of the gemstones are obviously fake the rest are as well i am quite sure. Again, i was very careful to make sure i was ordering “real” or “genuine” gemstones. The best part… The plate took about a month & a half to start to wear away…too late for a refund. The seeds i took my time with so no refund there either.
Here’s the thing, the prices are so low its hardly worth the trouble of returning the items if you decide to within the 30 days. That it until you realize every single item you ordered is complete junk & by then it is too late!!!! I have told everyone i know that they are unethical, lying thieves. Beyond that thete isnt much to be done about them.

Full of Fake Products
honestly, I am holding one of the victims from Vova. my colleagues, as well .it’s full of cheats and fake products. they shipped me wrong item instead what I ordered (Order No. 04094ad07e45b25b). I raised refund request and Chanis of 20+ followup (service@vova.)ended my Refund value with 0 cash.
My Refund claim :
The item not matching as Described
1) does not have 10 w * 4 speakers but just 2 speakers.
2) 55 cm mentioned but around 30CM only avail.
3)No Remote Control Included with the package.

Wish are based I think in Hong Kong I have used them several times and whilst everything arrived it was mainly hit or miss whether it was what you ordered also the items normally fell apart. But on the plus side if you attach a photo to any e mails you send to them with any complaint they will refund with no problems I received 3 refunds. So avoid Wish

Great company
I have just read all that has been said about Vova and i am sorry to say i totally disagree with it all.
I have been shopping with Vova for about year now and i love them, OK some items do come damaged but they have travelled a long way, one thing i would say is not always very good is the mens cloths as in size wise, i have bought a lot of dresses for me on this site and they have been great i have loved every one of them and they fit perfect.
As with the comment re the refunds, sorry all wrong, when ever i have had to request a return or a refund i ALWAYS get my full refund with in a couple of days.Even if i have any questions and i need to contact Vova i have not problems what so ever.
I will still and always will us Vova personally i really like the items they sell and most of the time the quality is very good.

Make sure that you reach out to them with the correct tracking number to determine the whereabouts of your package. Always be cautious to a scam
I have never shopped at vova or anyone like them so I can’t say much but I will say one thing for sure you might get your order if it’s 20.00 or under but if your spending a big lot of money at once then buyer beware you may never get it and some may come or may not and not be what you ordered. If it’s a scam then big orders with a big total are what they’re wanting. A very costly lesson to learn.

Noped out of there
Banner at top says Free shipping worldwide yet I had a $4.99 shipping charge in my cart. So many typos in description. Tried to get to bottom of page to read about the “contact us” etc. and it just kept scrolling and scrolling and I couldn’t get to the bottom. Noped right out there. Total scam! I ordered a tablet and received a pair of sunglasses. And i’m not the only one, I’ve seen a few other reviews on facebook, same thing, ordering phones, tablets, receive sunglasses. I sent a refund request with a picture of the sunglasses next to the package, order number is clearly visible, they sent me a rejection email acting like i requested a refund for a damaged product, asking me to “check with the post office” and that “the package was shipped in good conditions”. They also asked me to send them a photo where the order number was visible as evidence….as if i hadn’t done that before…..well, that’s a lawsuit coming…

Vova boutique is a scam/thievery organization. They have been messing with me since my 09/06/2020 order, and the emails going back and forth lead me to believe this is a scam and thief site. My initial order was to Little Tikes and they indicated my three large orders would be coming from their Nevada Warehouse since I resided in the United States, and further that my order would be shipped within two business days. The $69 was taken from my account, and my next email indicated the amount would be increased, which it was to $74, and the name was changed to VOVAboutique. Alarms should have gone up then, however, emails indicated my products would be shipped so I hung in there. Also, in some of their emails, there is improper English usage. I was eventually given a tracking number, and next was told my package (in my opinion, I should have received three packages) was picked up and delivered to my home and THE package was left on my front door or porch. I explained in my email to them that I lived in the country and that the mailman as well as any other delivery man always come right to my door and since I am home 24/7, that they knock and even open the door to make any delivery to me. I informed them of this so next they told me to check with my post office. I checked with my post office

Yes you generally get what you pay for, some items the quality is extremely poor, the clothes in particular. I wish they show the sole/underneath of men’s shoes… I like wearing the cheap jewellery, pretty and safer..None of the sneakers I have bought have been comfortable… pretty but all hard, no support or cushion. Bought so good handbags and some really crappy ones…
