Well, you're about to have everything you need to know and what to expect if you choose to shop at Zaful, including the good, the bad and the outright ugly. So, let’s get right into this review!

Zaful prices are highly discounted and they change with time. On average, women’s clothes go for anywhere between $5 and $30, with most items falling in the $10-$20 range. Same case applies to men’s clothes, with the most popular items going for anywhere between $15 and $25.
Men’s accessories including hats, wallets, socks, etc are priced at anywhere between $2 and $50. Women’s accessories also fall within a similar range, and women’s jewelry including necklaces, earrings and the like going for as little as $3. Men's jewelry also fall within the same range, give or take.
Zaful Refund Policy
Let's face it, sometimes you just don't like a product and want your money back. Your expectation is customer service doesn't give you a hassle about it. So you might hope on live chat to get a refund. According to various reviews, they provide you a number of options. Zaful provides a 45-Day returns warranty for returns. If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong size or even the wrong order altogether, you can immediately contact customer support.
If you ordered the wrong size or item, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs both ways. According to a number of reviews, they will give you your money back on the full cost of the item, but not the shipping costs.
If you just don’t like the item you can also return it for a partial refund within three days of receiving the item.
Zaful Refunds can take up to 48 hours depending on mode of payment. If you used PayPal it takes 48 hours, wallet refunds 24 hours and 7-14 business days for credit cards.

Zaful shipping is worldwide. They offer no cost shipping for items above $30 and $99 for expedited shipping. Otherwise it can cost up to $6.99 depending on where you are shipping from. It takes Zaful 4 business days to process shipping. If you are ordering from the US, for example, it normally takes 6 to 10 days to ship. Now add that to the 4 days processing time and you’ll expect your items in 10 days, give or take. Sounds too slow? You can shop on Amazon and get Free Guaranteed 1-2 day Amazon Prime Delivery.
If you choose express shipping your order arrive a day or two earlier, but you’ll have to pay more for express shipping depending on the shipping courier you chose.
Does Zaful Ship from China?
Given that Zaful has headquarters in HongKong, China. It's safe to assume Zaful.com ships products like their bathing suits from China. It would explain their long processing time as well.

You can also contact them via LiveChat on their website or submit a ticket and they’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Apparently LiveChat is only for pre-sale.

Zaful coupons and promo codes are always available on the website, especially for new customers. However if you just like the idea of saving money on anything you purchase, you may want to check out Ebay.com, Ebates.com, JoinHoney.com or Amazon.com which has the best deals online. Or visit Swagbucks.com which allows you to earn free gift cards and cash for things you already do online. You can use the cash or gift cards to save on Zaful or any store you shop at online or offline.

Slow Customer Service
Apparently you can sit and wait for days before customer support responds back to your inquiries. You can’t complain via Live Chat because apparently that’s for pre-sale customers only. Well, excuse me if I’m bothering you with my questions, SMH!
They take forever to refund your money
If you decide to opt for a refund, it's like begging for your damn money and apparently you better be patient. Because it may take weeks or even months according to some complaints from actual customers. Well, the good thing is you don’t have to worry about that on sites like Amazon.com where the customer comes first.
Sometimes orders get lost
Some people have complained they never received their order. It's not common but it happens. We already established that customer service can be slow. So you would hope in situations like this, they're faster to respond. Who knows? But many of the reviews we read seemed to be complaints about the zaful orders going wrong or missing.
Average BBB
For those of you who live and die for a company’s status with the Better Business Bureau, Zaful’s rating is an F , which is horrible. If you read some of the reviews on the BBB site, you'll see many zaful complaints. Customer service seems to be an ongoing issue. Although their customer service seems to be very active on their BBB profile.
Zaful Alternatives

Is Zaful Legitimate?
Zaful works, and is a legit online fashion store. You can score great deals on bathing suits, clothes and accessories. It appears the prices are the driving force for their customers. They also ship for free in the US and UK provided you spend at least 20 bucks. However according to a number of reviews, getting a hold of customer service is a nightmare. Also, some shoppers never got their orders and ended up losing money. So, if you decide to shop at Zaful.com you may not be dealing with the best customer service according to these reviews.
That said, if anything about these customer reviews makes you feel uncomfortable you can always shop at Ebay.com, Ebates.com or Amazon.com. I had an email promoting Zaful and really liked their clothes and their prices but as I am always wary of companies I have not heard of I searched for reviews and found yours.
It sounds like I’m better off buying their clothes through Amazon rather than straight from them.
Are their items more expensive on Amazon ?
I don’t know if Zaful items are on Amazon. But you can probably find similar clothing there.

It does seem like a lot of these type of online stores are popping up everywhere which offer much lower prices and will beat even Amazon prices for their products but all have one thing in common it takes time for your order to reach you. I know of one that is also popular now and that is an online store called Wish maybe you can write a review on them also.

I have seen many big youth influencers especially youtubers who promotes zaful everytime but I realized that they don’t tend to wear the clothes outside of filming. Some products looks high quality but some looked like it was made from cheap material. I wanted to buy clothes from Zaful but I have seen some people complaining about it and since you rated it 3.0 I won’t go for it. It is better to always go for the best online store

Total and complete scam. My daughter spent over $75 on 2 bathing suits, 2 tops, earrings. One swim suit and one top too small. Tried to return and they will only offer $5!!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE EVERYONE!!!!!!

DON’T SHOP at ZAFUL! Don’t trust what they claim online about their shipping, return, or quality policies! SCAM and WORST EXPERIENCE I have EVER had!!
They made a mistake on my home address and shipped to a non-existing address in another town! So It took weeks for me to finally get HALF my order (and it was up to me to track it down which cost me many many hours of phone calls and emails, as ZAFUL claimed it was out of their control and made no attempts to contact the shipping company DHL and the USPS, who it wound up with).
ALSO, during the process of trying to track down my order, I also found out Zaful only sent half of it because the other half was not in stock – they TOOK PAYMENT for ALL of my order and NEVER NOTIFIED ME that only half was available and HALF WAS OUT OF INVENTORY so I would have to wait who knows how long for the other items to become available!! Naturally I cancelled the rest immediately and threatened to challenge it with PayPal if they didn’t give me a refund for the items not shipped. Then after I got the first package almost two weeks late, and I wanted to return a few items, they avoided me you like the plague! It is very hard to find post sale info on their website. Through their Contact Us links, I was using instant message and also calling and emailing! Finally I had to go through what they call, “creating a ticket” which only turns into more delays and avoidance.
I had to give sku numbers, pictures and explanations for each item. I am still waiting. I mentioned that one item was poor quality and that all of the items I want to return are ill fitting swim suits. Now they want me to send more pictures as proof of defects and poor quality so they can “evaluate with their colleagues” and decide if they will “approve” the returns. How can I show that they are ill fitting?!
I just responded that I am not sending them pictures of my daughter at all, especially in ill fitting swimsuits! Who knows if I will ever get my money back! I will dispute it with paypal and my credit card company, but that is still another hassle. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER – such a scam. I suggest shoppers go to Lulus if you have to shop online!

Payment takes too long to be "proceed"
I have made a payment for over a month now but it still says “processing ” how long does the app process the payment and I can’t make a refund.
Wrong info
This article says they have a B- with BBB, when I checked today their rating is an F! My daughter ordered something and hasn’t received it. They will not provide updated shipping info. Life lesson for her. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL! This company is a scam. I ordered three swimsuits from them a month ago. They gave me a fake tracking number with USPS and refuse to refund my money or tell me where my package is. Their customer service keeps telling me they will follow up with the shipping company and never do. I will make sure everyone knows this company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL!!
