At Emmiol, prices are highly discounted. On average, dresses fall in the $24-$45 range, while most swimwear fall within $7.49-$27.99. Jumpsuits, rompers and two-piece outfits sell for $30 on average. You can get tops for as low as $12 and as much as $50

Emmiol Shipping Policy
At the time of writing, Emmiol ships to the UK, France, Germany, Spain, US, Italy, Canada, Belgium, Poland, Australia, Portugal, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Ireland and Greece.
Shipping to the UK, France, Germany and Spain is free on orders above $55, otherwise it will cost you $7.99 with an estimated shipping time of 8-15 business days. To the US, Italy, Canada, Belgium, Poland, Australia, Portugal, and Netherlands will cost you $8.99 for orders below $55 with an estimated transit time of 8-25 business days. It’s also free to ship to all the other countries, but may cost youanywhere between $9.99 and $32.99 if your order is below $55.

Emmiol Refund, Exchanges & Return Policy
Having to return or exchange something sucks, but it may be necessary if you don’t get what you paid for.
In this case, Emmiol accepts returns for defective or damaged items, the wrong size or the wrong product. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to make your case. To initiate a return, you’ll first have to chat with a customer rep to receive return instructions. You’ll then ship your item to the designated address and give them the documents involving the return following their return instructions.
If Emmiol is responsible for any issue, they’ll refund you in full or you can opt for an exchange. But if you are at fault for getting the wrong item or size, they’ll refund you or make an exchange less the shipping cost both ways. If you decide that you no longer want the item or simply want an exchange, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund.
You can expect a refund in 4-7 business days after they receive your return. PayPal refunds take up to 48 hours while credit card refunds take 7-14 business days. Wallet refunds take up to 24 hours. You can read their full returns policy here.

Let’s Wait and See
At the time of this review, Emmiol is fairly new. While that’s not necessarily a bad thing, there’s not much to go by in terms of the overall customer experience based on how long they’ve been in business. Time will tell if they are a quality store.
No BBB Profile
This is by no means a red flag, but I know some of y’all depend on the Better Business Bureau to determine whether a company is legit or a scam. So with that said, Emmiol doesn’t have a BBB profile or rating at the time of writing this review.

Is Emmiol Legit or A Scam?
Emmiol appears to be a legit company, based on what we know about them at the time of writing this review. It may be too early to either call them a scam or totally legit as they’ve only been in business for a year. That being said, there’s definitely a lot of good going on for them. Items are fairly priced, and there appears to be tons of coupon codes, offers and discounts you can take advantage of. Again, there were no negative reviews from their customers on social media, a clear indication that people are satisfied with them for the most part.

DO NOT USE
The sizes are wrong, the pants came without a button hole and you have to pay $50 out of pocket to return the items to get a refund as they are located in China.
Company not liable !

I have read through all these customer reviews, which made me start looking into the company, and in their terms and conditions they literally state they arent liable for anything that goes wrong. “To the maximum extent permitted by law, emmiol.com will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to,indirect incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages”
So many red flags, the simple fact that there isnt a working phone number, no listed company adress, and a mystery company owner. Meaning when poop hits the fan no one us liable except the buyer.
They use photos from other websites, so i doubt they actually sell these items.
All the company replies are copied and pasted, so i have no faith that this is a legit website. The fact that there are 45% bad reviews is indication enough.
I wish they would tell us where they steal their photos from, i would rather buy from the legit websites.

1. They did not mention in this reply the fact that their company has no listed address, no working phone number, and no company owner.
2. They have not mentioned the fact that their terms and conditions literally state they cannot be held liable for anything that goes wrong. So yes i can request a refund but that means nothing if they can legally decline that request.

HORRIBLE COMPANY
My order number is – A210310181049030306
I never write reviews but am so unhappy with this company, . I have made 5 attempts to return the order because nothing fit my daughter. I keep being told a ticket will be e-mailed to me and nothing. I have sent 2 e-mails and was told to sell of the clothes myself. This is a joke, the company should be shut down. The customer service is TERRIBLE. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

This exact thing happened to my daughter. Another customer scammed.
They refuse to refund the items that did not work for my daughter.
I would recommend it because of the excellent customer service. They assisted me with size, and they respond fast to emails. Overall, they provide excellent customer service. Also, I received my purchase within 4 days, and when I received my jeans from them, they fit wonderfully and the quality is excellent. Sizing advice: I got the Lt. blue track zipper jeans in size 30 and am 5’7 and 150 pounds.

not allowing returns as stated in their policy
We requested to return items purchased for our daughter and have been asked for repeat information, pictures of the products, reasons we want to return items, etc, etc etc.
It’s been a week and still no “return authorization”.
We will never purchase from here again and you shouldn’t either unless you like wasting money.

Returns are impossible because you need to mail to China & costs a fortune
The clothes we received are fine and cute for young girls, but the sizing is not to US standards. Ordered a Medium, I am 5 2 and 105 pounds and the Medium is way (!) too tight for me. The sizing is to Chinese standards not US standards. If you consider ordering order AT LEAST two sizes larger than you normally are.
When you want to return, you have to email them for authorization and then you receive an e-mail back that returns cost a minimum shipping charge of $35 for the first Kilo and it goes to China and will take several weeks to be received, so basically they recommend you keep the items and give them away if they don’t fit you.
They should put ALL SALES ARE FINAL, No RETURNS on their web site; then people would know and use caution before ordering.

mean company
Totally mean company. Delivery takes weeks, support not available, therefore return (retoure) not possible.
Advice: stay away.
