Fit Tea 14 Day Detox Review
Summary
Fit Tea apparently helps some people lose weight or reduce tummy bloating. But it comes at a price for some people with certain side effects. Read the review down below for more details on this before buying Fit Tea.
I have used FitTea and saw more or less no results. I guess I did notice, I drank less coffee. The caffeine element I can say really worked since my normal caffeine intake dropped. This also includes soda, so the possible little result I notice could have been more of a direct link to not drinking soda. I started to be more and more against products for weight loss. I guess because you always find yourself hoping this will fix everything and you do not need to eat healthily or exercise anymore.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
After reading the review it seems like this tea is like any other overpriced tea on the market. Not sure if it will actually help someone lose weight. I think any tea that is on the market is low carb, low calorie, but high in caffeine.
I have lost weight using a Low-carb high-fat diet and intermittent fasting. I drink black tea when I fast.
Thanks for the honest review.
You’re welcome Jimmy.
I feel like all you really lose while drinking detox tea, in general, is mostly bloating, but I believe it eliminates some of your toxic waists from your intestines and that is always a good thing( I have not tried this brand). I personally would only do the 14 days detox, unless a person is very overweight, then it may make more sense to do the longer one. I believe we should all do a healthy detoxing at least once a week, but it is not always easy to do 🙂 What I do is one day a month of juicing or tea, but I don’t have a lot of extra weight.
Thanks for sharing your point of view.
I’ve seen this product being promoted on social media.
The reason I wouldn’t use it is because it seems to have a lot of caffeine in it between the green tea and guarana.
Caffeine can work as an appetite suppressant, but it won’t work for everyone.
I myself have been happily off caffeine for a couple of years now.
Hey Jo, Yea social media seems to promote a lot of these type of products. So I’m not surprised you saw it there. I can totally understand why the caffeine may be a deal breaker for you. Thanks for sharing your insight.
Just looking at the ingredients it doesn’t seem like the Fit Tea 14 Day Detox would work any more than your standard tea detox program. I see some ingredients that would help with reducing appetite and have other medical benefits but probably not enough to warrant the price that it the Fit Tea is being sold for. Also, the lack of FDA backing and BBB rating make me a bit worried about the product. Great honest review Eddy.
Thanks for chiming in Juan. I appreciate your insight.
I think the success of this type of product varies from person to person. For the price and for a 14 day regimen I don’t think it’s too unreasonable to give it a shot. Would you recommend giving up coffee for the 14 day detox? I’m a big coffee drinker. Food is my vice I would be a good test case for this tea.
Thanks, Ron
Honestly, I’m not a doctor. So I couldn’t tell you if you give up coffee while drinking this. It’s something you might want to ask your own doctor. But if you do try it I would love to hear from you.
