Having to return something you were excited about can be a crappy affair, but it may be necessary if you want your money back. With that in mind, you have 21 days to do the following.

  1. Email your return request to service@cupshe.com with your reason for return. You’ll get return instructions once they receive your request.
  2. Send the item to the address they’ll give you
  3. Your return will be processed once they verify your claim.

Your return must be unworn, unwashed, with all the tags and hygiene seals intact. But you can’t return towels, accessories and items marked as final sale. You can expect a refund within 3-5 business days depending on the payment option you used. You can read all about that here.

You can get Cupshe coupons or promo codes in different sources on the internet, but just make sure they’re legit. Sites like SwagBucks.com help you earn gift cards and extra cash while you visit websites, read emails, play games and more. And if you’re looking for some of the best deals online, check out Rakuten.com and Amazon.com.

Cupshe Complaints

Knowing the bad and ugly about a store helps you determine whether it’s safe or not to shop there. So, here are some complaints about Cupshe you are better of knowing about, so you can decide whether to shop there or run.

You get what you pay for

There are reports going around that some apparel sold by Cupshe either tear easily or fade after a couple of washes. Some customers say the cover-ups simply didn’t stand the test of time. Others say the knitting was carelessly done, while some implied what’s displayed on the site is nothing close to the real thing. Ain’t that a bitch?

Awful customer service

It seems Cupshe’s customer service is the worst, if what customers are saying is true. Emails get ignored, and if you do get a response, they take too long to solve issues. They may spin you around from one rep to another and eventually not get your issue resolved. Something similar happens at stores we’ve reviewed before like NewFrog and RoseWe.

Slow Shipping

Despite what the site says in terms of shipping time, customers have had to wait for longer than acceptable to get their orders. They don’t send out tracking information, making it even harder to know the hell that’s going on. Fortunately Amazon offers FREE Guaranteed 1-2 Day Amazon Prime Delivery if you prefer faster delivery.

Good luck getting a refund

“Want your money back? Get in line girl!” Getting a refund from Cupshe is a hard as it gets. Several customers never got around to getting what they paid for, with customer service seemingly ignoring refunds and exchanges claims. They don’t respond to requests promptly, no matter how early you make your claim. If what customers are saying is true, you can forget about your money if you don’t have the time to raise hell with these reps.

Negative BBB Rating

If you rely on the Better Business Bureau rating to determine a company’s legitimacy, then Cupshe is not for you. At the time of this review they have an F rating at the BBB which makes sense given the other complaints we covered above.

Cupshe Alternatives

It wouldn’t surprise me if you would prefer to look elsewhere given what you read in terms of complaints. You can shop at Rakuten.com or Amazon.com for quality stuff at affordable prices and use the FREE Guaranteed Amazon Prime delivery to get your items in not more than 2 days. And if you love free cash and gift cards, check out SwagBucks.com that helps you earn cash doing what you already do online.

Is Cupshe Safe?

That’s up for debate. The majority of customers having nice things to say about the store. However, a good number of them had a terrible time getting around a refund or exchange, with some implying that the company’s customer service is one of the worst they’ve ever dealt with. There’s a growing number of complaints suggesting that you may not get what you paid for in the end.

With such divided opinion about Cupshe, perhaps you’re better off shopping at more reliable sites like Rakuten.com and Amazon.com where you get quality items at an affordable price with endless deals and offers to take on.

If you want to save even more money, check out SwagBucks.com where you earn gift cards and cash doing what you already do online. You can then use the cash or gift cards to shop on Cupshe or any store out there. Pretty nifty, right?
