You can pay via either PayPal, any major credit card or wire transfer. If you plan on using wire transfer on orders above $500 you should contact their customer service first.

RoseWholesale ships products worldwide. Shipping times depend on the destination and the courier service, after a 1-4 day processing period. It’s not clear where they ship their items from, but based on customers’ comments, it appears most goods ship from China. In any case, here’s what they give as the estimated shipping times.

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

How much you pay for shipping depends on the shipping method and weight of the item. For instance, shipping an item that weighs a pound or less to the US costs $4 flat rate and $30 expedited. You’ll then have to pay an extra $2 to get tracking information.

RoseWholesale Warranty, Refund & Return Policy

Their 30 day warranty starts from the date you got your item. So to return your order, you’ll need to get an RMA from customer service, repack the item and ship it back to a warehouse address they’ll give you. They accept and refund items that are unworn and unwashed with all labels, tags and original packaging intact.

Customers get a prepaid shipping label for returns, and then the cost for this will be deducted from the refund. Sorry, no free return shipping. Exceptions for refunds include underwear and women's intimates, swimwear, clearance or any discounted products, on condition that Rosewholesale was not at fault. You can read more on returns here.
